The IELTS site gives averages, not a full table.
On its own site, IELTS gives the average number of correct answers at four bands: 16 for band 5, 23 for band 6, 30 for band 7, 35 for band 8. Each one is the lowest score of its band in the table above. IELTS also says: The precise number of marks needed to achieve these band scores will vary slightly from test version to test version.

Listening and Reading are marked by counting correct answers. Writing and Speaking are not: an examiner gives a band for each of four criteria, so no table can give you either band.

How many correct answers do I need for band 7 in IELTS Listening?
About 30 out of 40. In the table on this page, 30 to 31 correct answers is band 7, and 32 is band 7.5. IELTS says the exact number changes a little from one test to another, so use it as a close guide.
Is IELTS Listening the same for Academic and General Training?
Yes. Both tests use the same Listening section, so one table works for both. Only Reading and Writing are different.
How is IELTS Listening marked?
There are 40 questions, and each correct answer gets 1 mark. Your marks out of 40 then become a band from 1 to 9, in whole or half bands, such as 6 or 6.5.
Why is my Listening band from this page only an estimate?
The table comes from IDP, one of the owners of IELTS. IELTS itself gives only the average number of correct answers at four bands, and says the number needed changes a little from one test version to another. Only your Test Report Form is official.
